His journey in the HVAC industry began in the late '70s, long before he thought about Fischer Heating and Air. During this time, he thrived under the mentorship of my grandfather, Marvin Fischer, the original owner of Fischer Heating.

His education at the Hennepin Technical School further deepened his technical knowledge, while his experience at Metro Cleaning exposed him to various aspects of the industry, including commercial grease exhaust, boilers, and HVAC, along with residential furnace, boilers, ducts, and dryer vents.
